Global warming stands as the single greatest challenge confronting humanity today. Rising temperatures, climate change, the contamination of water bodies, and the destruction of forests have placed the very future of our species in jeopardy. To confront this crisis, fresh thinking, a new approach, and a new political movement are essential. It is with this vision that the Free Wheel World party has been founded by M. S. Kudbudeen. The party’s headquarters shall be located in Tamil Nadu, from where it shall operate as a registered political party under the laws of India.
The name of the party shall be Free Wheel World.
The primary objective of the Free Wheel World party is to protect the Earth from global warming and to secure for future generations a livable, clean, and green world. To this end, the party shall pursue the following aims:
Membership of the Party shall be open to all Indian citizens who have attained the age of 18 years. There shall be no discrimination on the basis of religion, caste, gender, or region in the matter of membership.
The Party shall have the following organs:
The powers and functions of each organ shall be clearly defined. All organs shall be constituted through democratic election processes, and no organ shall exercise veto power over another.
The office-bearers of the Party shall include:
All office-bearers shall be elected democratically. The tenure of office for all office-bearers shall not exceed four years. The powers and duties of each office-bearer shall be as prescribed by the Party Constitution.
Free Wheel World shall bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of India as by law established, and to the principles of socialism, secularism and democracy, and would uphold the sovereignty, unity and integrity of India.
There shall be periodic organisational elections at all levels of the Party. Such elections shall be held at least once in every four years. The mode of such elections, the term of office of office-bearers, and the powers and duties of the various representative bodies shall be as provided in this Constitution.
Party funds shall be utilised solely for political activities. The Party shall maintain accounts on an accrual basis. The accounts of the Party shall be audited annually by a Chartered Accountant, and the audited accounts shall be submitted to the Election Commission of India within 60 days after the end of each financial year.
Any amendment to this Constitution shall require approval by the General Body of the Party. The procedure for such amendment shall be as prescribed by the Executive Committee.
The procedure for merger or dissolution of the Party, and the procedure for disciplinary action against erring members, shall be as provided in the rules and regulations framed by the Executive Committee and approved by the General Body.
The Party hereby declares that it shall not, in any manner, promote or instigate or participate in violence. The Party shall contest elections conducted by the Election Commission of India within five years of its registration and shall continue to contest elections thereafter.
The Free Wheel World party shall function as a new political movement dedicated to saving the Earth. Through the Green Revolution, the purification of water bodies, tree-planting, the prevention of global warming, and the development of heat-free machines, the Party shall strive to protect the future world. Under the leadership of its Founder, M. S. kudbudeen, and operating from Tamil Nadu, the Party shall work with the support and participation of the people to realise these objectives.
Note for Registration: The application for registration must be submitted to the Secretary, Election Commission of India, Nirvachan Sadan, Ashoka Road, New Delhi-110001, within 30 days following the date of formation of the party. The application must be accompanied by a Demand Draft of Rs. 10,000/- as processing fee, certified extracts of electoral rolls of at least 100 members, individual affidavits from these members, and other documents as prescribed by the Commission.
